Ordering & Products
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order requirement. You can purchase a single vial or multiple products in the same order. Free shipping applies to all orders regardless of size.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
We do not currently publish a formal wholesale tier, but researchers and institutions placing larger orders are welcome to contact us at team@peptagon.com to discuss volume pricing options.
Are all products in stock?
Availability varies by product. Items marked "Sold Out" on the product page are temporarily out of stock. We recommend joining the email list to be notified when specific products are restocked.
Can I purchase a product that's listed as sold out?
Not at this time. We do not accept backorders. Sign up for restock notifications on the product page or contact us at support@peptagon.com to ask about expected availability.
Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
What is a Certificate of Analysis?
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a document issued by the testing laboratory that verified the purity and identity of a specific production batch. It contains the HPLC purity result, mass spectrometry data confirming molecular identity, batch number, and testing date.
Do all orders include a COA?
Yes. Every Peptagon order ships with a full, batch-specific Certificate of Analysis. The COA corresponds to the exact batch in your vial — not a generic document for the product line.
Can I view the COA before purchasing?
Yes. COA documentation is available on each product page at peptagon.com. We encourage researchers to review this data before placing an order.
What is your purity standard?
All Peptagon products are verified at 99%+ purity via independent third-party HPLC analysis. This is a minimum standard — batches that do not meet this threshold are not shipped.
Who performs your third-party testing?
Testing is performed by an independent third-party laboratory with no commercial relationship to Peptagon. Third-party testing is used specifically to eliminate the conflict of interest inherent in self-reported purity data. Laboratory identification is included on each COA.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free and discreet shipping is included on all orders, regardless of order size or destination within the US.
How long does shipping take?
Standard fulfillment is 1–3 business days from order placement. Shipping transit times vary by destination. Tracking information is provided for all orders.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions visible on the outside of the package.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Peptagon primarily serves customers within the United States. Contact us at support@peptagon.com for inquiries regarding international shipping availability.
Research Use Only (RUO)
What does "Research Use Only" mean?
All Peptagon products are designated Research Use Only (RUO). This means they are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research, preclinical research, or other lawful scientific research purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or therapeutic application of any kind.
Can I use these products for personal use?
No. Peptagon products are not intended for human consumption or self-administration under any circumstances. By purchasing, customers agree that products will be used exclusively for research purposes.
Are your products FDA-approved?
No. Peptagon products are research compounds, not FDA-approved drugs. Our manufacturing facilities hold cGMP certification — which refers to the quality standards of the production environment — but this is distinct from FDA drug approval, which applies to products intended for human use. We do not claim or imply FDA approval for any product.
Can you provide medical advice or dosing guidance?
No. Peptagon does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, reconstitution protocols for personal use, or any information that could be construed as instruction for human consumption. For research-context handling and storage information, refer to the individual product pages.
Product & Science Questions
Where are your peptides synthesized?
All Peptagon peptides are synthesized in the United States in cGMP-certified facilities. We do not source from overseas manufacturers and relabel.
What testing methods do you use?
Primary purity verification is performed via HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography). Molecular identity is confirmed via mass spectrometry. Both results are included in the batch-specific COA provided with every order.
What is the difference between BPC-157 and BPC-157 Acetate (10mg) Research Peptide?
These are two separate SKUs of the same compound. BPC-157 is available in 5mg, 10mg, and 20mg variants. The BPC-157 Acetate (10mg) Research Peptide is a standalone 10mg listing in a single-vial format. Both are independently tested to the same 99%+ purity standard.
Are all your products peptides?
No. While the majority of our catalog consists of research-grade peptides, we also carry several non-peptide research compounds. MK-677 (Ibutamoren), Tesofensine, 5-Amino-1MQ, and SLU-PP-332 are small-molecule compounds. Curcumin is a natural polyphenol. NAD+ is a coenzyme. All product descriptions and collection pages accurately reflect each compound's chemical classification.
How should I store peptides?
Lyophilized peptide powders should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct light. For long-term storage, freezer conditions (−20°C) are generally recommended for most lyophilized peptides. Specific storage guidance is included on each product page and COA. All storage and handling guidance is provided for research purposes only.
